1, overview
In the process of maize seed production, in order to ensure the germination rate, the seeds need to be dried. In order to reduce the cost of seed drying, to ensure the quality of drying, Tsinghua University, our company has developed a set of seed drying hot air system, to ensure that the hot air temperature is very stable.
2, boiler system features
The basic equipment of the hot air system is a circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler body, a draught fan, a high pressure head blower, a hot air blower, a circulating water pump, a heat exchanger, a dust remover, a thermal instrument, an electric operation panel, etc..
The boiler adopts the circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler, which is made of corn cob, which can automatically supply the corn cob and the ash residue. The heat transfer system transfers the heat generated by the combustion to the heat exchange medium water through the water cooling wall of the boiler, and then transfers the heat medium water to the cold air through the heat exchanger. The utility model has the advantages that the cooling effect of the medium water is good, and the phenomenon of the heat exchange surface of the burning body is not easy to appear. The control system adopts intelligent instrument to monitor and control the operating parameters in real time. Set the temperature detecting device in the outlet of furnace, air duct outlet, a hot water outlet, to detect the temperature of the medium, according to the set temperature control valve by adjusting the hot water flow regulation, flow through the heat exchanger to adjust the water temperature of hot air, avoid over temperature and damage of seed embryo.
The system has the following characteristics:
Indirect heat exchange is adopted to ensure that the seeds are not polluted;
Hot water and cold air heat exchange. Heat capacity of water is large, reaching 4.2kJ/ (kg C), is 3500 times the same volume of air heat; hot water boiler to produce hot water, and then hot water through the heat exchanger and air heat, hot water in the system can alleviate the fluctuation of temperature, hot air temperature can be maintained;
According to the designed temperature, adjusting the hot water flow through the regulating valve to adjust the hot water temperature;
Using corncob as fuel, the boiler operation cost can be reduced, and the air pollution can be reduced.

3, corncob characteristics
The ash melting point of the corn cob is low, the content of potassium in the ash is high, and the ash viscosity is large. The boiler adopts a circulating fluidized bed boiler, strictly controls the combustion temperature at 850 to 900 DEG C, at the same time, the tail heating surface adopts a special structure, and adopts the gas pulse soot blowing device to ensure the stable operation of the boiler.

4, demonstration project
