2, the characteristics of slag

There are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine residues, such as high moisture content, low calorific value and high alkali metal content. Moisture content is generally 55 ~ 80%; low calorific value is generally from 250 to 1600KCal/kg. By adopting the horizontal circulating fluidized bed boiler, the utility model can change waste into treasure, realize energy saving and emission reduction, and protect the environment.

3, product introduction

Due to the large amount of water content in the traditional Chinese medicine residue, the burning residue is difficult. According to the characteristics of drug residue, the company and the Department of thermal engineering Tsinghua University jointly developed a horizontal circulating fluidized bed boiler, due to the three level, two level of ash furnace structure, the combustion time of dregs is lengthened, dregs can fully decompose combustion, good processing residue to the boiler, the waste residue to reduce the processing cost, operation cost and the dregs of the boiler, and avoids the environmental pollution caused by residue.

Traditional Chinese medicine residues are mainly divided into two kinds of herbs and wood.

Woody drug residue: moisture content of about 55%, the calorific value of more than 1500kca/kg, can be directly into the boiler combustion;

Herbal medicine residue: moisture content is generally about 80%, the calorific value of 280Kcal/kg, the need for extrusion, drying:

The 80% moisture content of the medicine residue was dehydrated to the moisture content of 65 to 70% by extrusion, and the calorific value was increased from 940 to 720 kca/kg;

The moisture content of the residue was reduced to 55 to 60% by the exhaust gas drying and the heating value was increased from 1380 to 1160kca/kg.
