1, product overview and main features
Rice husk is hard. The ignition temperature of rice husk is 300 - 400 DEG C, the content of volatile is high, the precipitation of volatile component is rapid, and the combustion is mainly concentrated in the volatile phase of the gas phase combustion.
At present, there are chain boiler and vertical circulating fluidized bed boiler. Chain furnace is difficult to burn rice husk, boiler thermal efficiency is low, serious waste of fuel. The vertical circulating fluidized bed boiler is not high enough, resulting in high carbon content of fly ash, high temperature separation at the same time, the separator is easy to coke, in the actual operation, it is difficult to burn rice husk, mixing coal. The boiler is a good solution to the above problems:
(1) the rice husk combustion is complete and the boiler thermal efficiency is high;

The Si content of rice husk ash is high, and the abrasion of boiler is serious. The utility model adopts a lower fluidization wind speed, reduces the abrasion of the boiler, and carries out the anti abrasion treatment in the parts which are easy to wear.
(5) ash can be utilized comprehensively.
Because the boiler burning rice hull, and bed material, the rice husk ash without impurities mixed; the burning of rice husk ash very completely, about 90% SiO2, the production of silica ash is a good raw material.
